Following on from Pineapple’s recent acquisition of Spirit’s Residential customers, DGtek will be migrating Spirit services to the DGtek network. The migration at your address may result in intermittent minor outages between the hours of 12 am to 6 am.IMPORTANT: If you are without an internet connection by 8 am in the morning please power cycle your modem/router by switching the power off at the wall and leave it for at least 2 minutes before turning the power back on.If your connection has still not returned, and you have an ASUS modem, please follow the instructions below. If you do not have an ASUS modem, or are still having problems connecting, please contact email@example.com, or 1300 857 501, and someone will help you back online as soon as possible. Our contact centre is available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 6pm.
This migration is the first step in your upgrade to a DGtek fibre service. We still need to perform some further upgrades before you have access to the full range of available speeds.
If you have a static IP address, this will change which may affect services such as VPN's. We can supply you with your new IP address by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pineapple Net is DGtek’s retailer and specialises in residential customer support and billing. All enquiries will now be handled exclusively through Pineapple Net's Australian Customer Service Team rather than Spirit's Call Center.
